Based on the current projected track and forecast for Idalia, our staff are diligently preparing for possible impacts to our service areas and will be ready to respond.  As the storm is expected to intensify over the warm gulf waters and become a possible Category 3 Hurricane, we encourage our customers to prepare!  Bottled water for consumption is highly recommended, filling tubs and other containers for other water needs is also recommended. 

If you experience a water outage please know it is due to a power outage or damage.  We have made arrangements to have generators on standby to any of our affected plants and will have crews dispatched as soon as it is safe to put them on the road.  If you lose water pressure your system will be under a Precautionary Boil Water Notice.  These will be posted on this site and updated as needed.  We appreciate your patience as we work to restore water service to your area!  Again, our crews will be dispatched once it is safe to be on the roads.  Our customers safety as well as that of our employees and their families are our top priority!
