On Tuesday, June 23, 2026 the water plant will be shut down in order to tie in the new water mains that have been installed and add several valves to better serve the community. Water will be shut down at 0830 AM and all work should be completed by 16:00 (4:00 PM) Once water service is restored the community will be on a precautionary boil and water should be brought to a rolling boil prior to consumption. A rescission notice will be issued when bacteriological samples are determined to be satisfactory by the laboratory. A Dial My Call will be sent out for both.
Homes that will be serviced on the new mains can expect to be connected to the mains within the next 2 weeks with minimal disruption in your water service. We thank you for your continued patience was we work to provide the community with the best water service possible.
The Precautionary Boil Water Notice Issued on June 13th is now rescinded. All bacteriological samples have been determines as satisfactory and those affected by the outage are no longer on a boil water notice. Thank you for your continued patience during this water break.
Due to electrical issues caused by storms in the area water pressure was lost in North Lake Meadows last night. As a result of the pressure dropping below 20# we are issuing a PRECAUTIONARY boil water notice for all of North Lake Meadows. Any water used for consumption should be brought to a rolling boil prior to consuming. A dial my call will go out to all residents with this information as well as the rescission notice when satisfactory bacteriological samples have been confirmed.
Due to a water main break, Brevard County has shut off water to Kingswood Manor to make repairs. Because of this shut down we are issuing a Precautionary Boil Water Notice. Any water used for consumption should be brought to a rolling boil prior to consumption. Once the County notifies us of satisfactory bacteriological samples we will issue a rescission. Door tags are being distributed for this as well.
Crews are on scene at a large water main break at Deltona and Valiant. Due to the location of the break and the proximity of power poles, fiber optics and natural gas lines the process of excavating the break to repair is going to take most of the afternoon. Those who live north of Owen Ct and Country Club Boulevard, east of Deltona to Hwy 77 and North may experience low to no pressure during this time. Due to this we are issuing a Precautionary Boil Water Notice to this area. Once service is restored water should be brought to a rolling boil prior to consuming. Upon receipt of satisfactory bacteriological samples a rescission will be issued. A Dial My Call is going out to ALL of Sunny Hills however, only those in the described area above are affected. We thank you in advance for your patience as we work to repair this main break.
The Precautionary Boil Water Notice has now been Rescinded for Sunny Hills. Bacteriological samples have come back satisfactory and it is no longer necessary to boil your water.
The St. Johns River Water Management District has issued a Phase III Extreme Water Shortage Warning due to below-average rainfall, declining groundwater levels, and reduced river flows across the region.
The warning applies to all of Clay, Duval, Flagler, Nassau, Putnam, and St. Johns counties; portions of Baker, Bradford, and Lake counties within the District; portions of Alachua County within the District (excluding unincorporated areas governed by the Suwannee River Water Management District); and portions of Marion County within the District, including the City of Ocala and all unincorporated areas except The Villages of Marion FQD, which is governed by the Southwest Florida Water Management District.
Residents, businesses, and permitted water users are encouraged to conserve water and reduce usage wherever possible. All landscape irrigation remains subject to District watering restrictions, regardless of permit status.
