Sunny Hills Rescission Notice

The Precautionary Boil Water Notice issued for all of Sunny Hills is now rescinded. Bacteriological samples have been determined to be satisfactory and it is no longer necessary to boil water for consumption. A dial my call has gone out alerting residents of this rescission.

Sunny Hills Precautionary Boil Water

Due to a loss of power and pressure at the North Water Plant, we are issuing a precautionary boil water notice to the area. Those who live north of Owen Ct. and Country Club Boulevard, east of Deltona to Hwy 77 and North may have experienced low to no pressure during that time. The service has been restored. Your water should be brought to a rolling boil prior to consuming. Upon receipt of satisfactory bacteriological samples a rescission will be issued. A Dial My Call is going out to ALL of Sunny Hills however, only the customers in this described area are affected. We thank you in advance for your patience.

Gator Rescission Notice

The previously issued Precautionary Boil Water Notice has now been rescinded. All bacteriological samples have been determined to be satisfactory and it is no longer recommended that you boil water for consumption.

Gator Waterworks Precautionary Boil Water

Due to a break in the system last evening, you may have lost water pressure, as a precaution we are issuing a system wide precautionary boil water notice. Any water used for consumption should be brought to a rolling boil prior to consuming. Upon receipt of satisfactory bacteriological samples a rescission will be issued. Okaloosa Waterworks Rescission Notice

All bacteriological samples have been determined satisfactory and the precautionary boil water notice has now been rescinded. We appreciate your patience as we awaited sample results!

Okaloosa Waterworks Precautionary Boil Water Notice

Due to a large water break within the Okaloosa Waterworks system a Precautionary Boil Water Notice has been issued. All water used for consumption should be brought to a rolling boil prior to use. Once bacteriological samples are confirmed as satisfactory a rescission will be posted. This normally takes approximately 48 hours and calls will go out.

Lake Idlewild Rescission Notice

Bacteriological samples have returned satisfactory and the Precautionary Boil Water Notice for Lake Idlewild has now been rescinded. We thank you for your patience over the long weekend as this handled.

Lake Idlewild Precautionary Boil Water Issued

Due to a tripped breaker at the water plant, most likely a result of the storms on Tuesday, there was a loss of water pressure in the community. Due to this loss a pressure we are issuing a Precautionary Boil Water for Lake Idlewild. All water used for consumption should be brought to a rolling boil prior to using. A Dial My Calls has been sent out and once bacteriological samples are determined to be satisfactory a rescission will be issued in the same manner.

The Department of Environmental Protection along with the federal Environmental Protection Agency creates water quality standards for testing and measuring the level of various contaminants that may be found in drinking water. Water quality samples are taken regularly in accordance with these standards to ensure the safety and quality of your water.
