Due to a loss of power last evening there was a drop in water pressure. Due to this drop in pressure a Precautionary Boil Water notice has been issued. This is a precautionary measure only. Any water used for consumption should be brought to a rolling boil prior to consuming. Once bacteriological samples are determined to be satisfactory a rescission will be issued. On Tuesday, June 23, 2026 the water plant will be shut down in order to tie in the new water mains that have been installed and add several valves to better serve the community. Water will be shut down at 0830 AM and all work should be completed by 16:00 (4:00 PM) Once water service is restored the community will be on a precautionary boil and water should be brought to a rolling boil prior to consumption. A rescission notice will be issued when bacteriological samples are determined to be satisfactory by the laboratory. A Dial My Call will be sent out for both.

Due to electrical issues caused by storms in the area water pressure was lost in North Lake Meadows last night. As a result of the pressure dropping below 20# we are issuing a PRECAUTIONARY boil water notice for all of North Lake Meadows. Any water used for consumption should be brought to a rolling boil prior to consuming. A dial my call will go out to all residents with this information as well as the rescission notice when satisfactory bacteriological samples have been confirmed.
Due to a water main break, Brevard County has shut off water to Kingswood Manor to make repairs. Because of this shut down we are issuing a Precautionary Boil Water Notice. Any water used for consumption should be brought to a rolling boil prior to consumption. Once the County notifies us of satisfactory bacteriological samples we will issue a rescission. Door tags are being distributed for this as well.
