Lakeside Waterworks Precautionary Boil Water Notice

Due to a loss of power last evening there was a drop in water pressure. Due to this drop in pressure a Precautionary Boil Water notice has been issued. This is a precautionary measure only. Any water used for consumption should be brought to a rolling boil prior to consuming. Once bacteriological samples are determined to be satisfactory a rescission will be issued. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Gator Rescission Notice

The precautionary boil water notice issued for Tuesday has now been rescinded. All bacteriological samples have been determined to be satisfactory. We thank you for your patience as we continue to make improvements to serve you better.

North Lake Meadows Rescission Notice

All bacteriological samples have been found satisfactory and the Precautionary Boil Water Notice is hereby rescinded for all of North Lake Meadows. We thank you for your patience!

Kingswood Manor Rescission Notice

Brevard County has confirmed that all bacteriological samples have been determined to be satisfactory and the Precautionary Boil Water notice is hereby rescinded. We thank you for your patience!

Gator Waterworks Planned Outage and Precautionary Boil Water Notice

On Tuesday, June 23, 2026 the water plant will be shut down in order to tie in the new water mains that have been installed and add several valves to better serve the community. Water will be shut down at 0830 AM and all work should be completed by 16:00 (4:00 PM) Once water service is restored the community will be on a precautionary boil and water should be brought to a rolling boil prior to consumption. A rescission notice will be issued when bacteriological samples are determined to be satisfactory by the laboratory. A Dial My Call will be sent out for both.

Homes that will be serviced on the new mains can expect to be connected to the mains within the next 2 weeks with minimal disruption in your water service. We thank you for your continued patience was we work to provide the community with the best water service possible.

Sunny Hills Rescission

The Precautionary Boil Water Notice Issued on June 13th is now rescinded. All bacteriological samples have been determines as satisfactory and those affected by the outage are no longer on a boil water notice. Thank you for your continued patience during this water break.

North Lake Meadows Precautionary Boil Water Issued

Due to electrical issues caused by storms in the area water pressure was lost in North Lake Meadows last night. As a result of the pressure dropping below 20# we are issuing a PRECAUTIONARY boil water notice for all of North Lake Meadows. Any water used for consumption should be brought to a rolling boil prior to consuming. A dial my call will go out to all residents with this information as well as the rescission notice when satisfactory bacteriological samples have been confirmed.

Kingswood Manor Precautionary Boil Water Issued

Due to a water main break, Brevard County has shut off water to Kingswood Manor to make repairs. Because of this shut down we are issuing a Precautionary Boil Water Notice. Any water used for consumption should be brought to a rolling boil prior to consumption. Once the County notifies us of satisfactory bacteriological samples we will issue a rescission. Door tags are being distributed for this as well.

The Department of Environmental Protection along with the federal Environmental Protection Agency creates water quality standards for testing and measuring the level of various contaminants that may be found in drinking water. Water quality samples are taken regularly in accordance with these standards to ensure the safety and quality of your water.
