A precautionary boil water notice is being issued for Sunny Hills residents west of Ambassador Court due to water main break on Sunny Hills Boulevard. Crews are on site working to make repairs. All water used for consumption should be brought to a rolling boil prior to consuming. A rescission will be issued once bacteriological samples are determined to be satisfactory.

Due to and unforeseen issue at the water treatment plant this morning you may have experienced a brief drop in water pressure. Due to FDEP requirements when pressure drops below 20 PSI a precautionary boil water notice must be issued. Out of an abundance of caution we are issuing the precautionary boil water notice. Once bacteriological samples are determined to be satisfactory a rescission will be issued.

All water used for consumption should be brought to a rolling boil prior to consuming. Once bacteriological samples are determined to be satisfactory a rescission will be issued. The rescission will be posted here and via phone message. Two days of sample are required.

Due to an electrical issue at the water treatment plant there was a loss of water pressure throughout the Lake Josephine and Sebring Lakes water system. Due to this pressure loss a Precautionary Boil Water Notice has been issued. Any water used for consumption should be brought to a rolling boil prior to consuming. Once bacteriological samples are confirmed satisfactory by the laboratory a rescission will be issued. Rather than door tags a system wide call went out to the number on your account, a rescission will be sent out in the same manner and posted here. Due to laboratory hours, the rescission may take until Tuesday to be issued. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

The Precautionary Boil Water Notice issued for Duval Waterworks on Friday has been rescinded. All bacteriological samples have been determined to be satisfactory and the notice is lifted.

Due to a water 6″ water main break the water users of Duval Waterworks have been placed on a Precautionary Boil Water Notice. Crews have been working all afternoon to address the issue as it is under the pavement. All water used for consumption should be brought to a rolling boil. Once the laboratory confirms that bacteriological samples are satisfactory a rescission will be issued. This is a Precautionary Notice as the water had to be turned off to make the repairs and pressure dropped below 20 PSI in the distribution system.
