Lake Talquin Waterworks Precautionary Boil Water

Due to an issue at the Sand Pit well a loss of pressure was experienced in Lake Talquin, those on the system are now on a Precautionary Boil Water, any water used for consumption should be brought to a 2 minute rolling boil prior to consuming. Once bacteriological samples are found to be satisfactory a recission will be issued.

Lake Idlewild, Raintree, The Woods, Jumper Creek, Brendenwood, Lakeside, Black Bear Water systems Rescission Notice

All Precautionary Boil Water Notices from Hurricane Milton have now been Rescinded. Bacteriological sample results have been returned satisfactory and it is no longer necessary to boil water for consumption. Rescission notices have been sent via voice mails. If you live in one of these systems and did not receive a call please update your phone number with customer service. We thank you for your support during these trying times!

Harbor Hills Rescission Notice

The Precautionary Boil Water Notice that was issued during Hurricane Milton has been rescinded. Bacteriological samples have been returned satisfactory and it is no longer necessary to boil water for consumption.

LP Waterworks Precautionary Boil Water is now Rescinded

The Precautionary Boil Water Notice issued for LP Waterworks during Hurricane Milton is now rescinded. Bacteriological samples have come back satisfactory and it is no longer necessary to boil water for consumption.

Hurricane Milton Update

We hope that all are safe after this destructive storm! At this time all facilities that lost water pressure are still on a Precautionary Boil Water Notices. Now that power is being restored and the laboratories are open, clearance samples are being pulled in most areas. Once samples are determined to be satisfactory rescissions will be issued. Rescissions will go out by voice mails and will be posted here. We thank you for your patience as we all move forward post hurricane!

Hurricane Milton Important Information

Should you have lost water service during Hurricane Milton, please be aware that once service is restored your system will automatically be on a Precautionary Boil Water Notice. This was a very destructive storm and water facilities all over the state have been affected. You can continue to check here for updates. Currently systems that will be on this notice are: Jumper Creek, The Woods, Harbor Hills, Lakeside, Brendenwood, Raintree, Black Bear, Lake Idlewild and LP. A notice will be sent via voicemail and a rescission will be posted here as well as voicemail when cleared. Please share this with your neighbors as there is limited cell service and internet due to the damages caused by Milton.

Water quality samples are taken regularly in accordance with these standards to ensure the safety and quality of your water.
