Due to a water main break caused by a contractor hitting a main, a drop in water pressure was experienced throughout the Sunny Hills Community. Due to this pressure drop a Precautionary boil water notice has been issued. All water used for consumption should be brought to a rolling boil prior to consuming. Once bacteriological samples are found to be satisfactory, a call will go to rescind this notice and this page will also reflect the rescission. The Precautionary Boil Water Notice issued on Saturday, September 12th is now rescinded. All bacteriological samples have returned satisfactory and it is no longer recommended that you boil water for consumption. This break was the result of a resident dogging without contacting 811 Call Sunshine beforehand.
