The Department of Environmental Protection along with the federal Environmental Protection Agency creates water quality standards for measuring the level of various contaminants that may be found in drinking water. Due to commercial power loss thoughout the area, the water plant lost pressure and a Precautionary Boil Water Notice has been issued. A rescission will be issued upon receipt of satisfactory bacteriological sample results from the laboratory.

Leisure Lakes/Covered Bridge Precautionary Boil Water Notice

Due to a 4″ water break within the system, the community is on a Precautionary Boil Water Notice, upon receipt of satisfactory bacteriological sample results from the laboratory a rescission will be issued.

Brendenwood Precautionary Boil Water Notice 5/30/2024

All of Brendenwood is on a Precautionary Boil Water Notice, this is due to a malfunction with the new well pump. Crews are on site and the well pump company is enroute to replace the pump. This may take several hours to complete. Once water has been restored the system will be under the Precautionary Boil Water Notice until the laboratory confirms that bacteriological clearance samples are satisfactory. Rescission notices will be posted by door hangers and here at this site. We apologize for any inconvenience this outage may cause.
